KEEP YOUR BODY AND MIND SAFE

Sure it is not a ‘scoop’ to affirm that exercise is positive to your health! What we want to emphasize here is the benefit of safe and appropriate exercise.. If you go for a footing on a cold morning, along a highway where diesel trucks pass by, then you would end up in better shape rather staying  in bed without effort, right?

So the very first soft training remains walking outside, at least 20 minutes a day, preferably in nature.. Then there is Tai-Chi to build connection with your body and exercise concentration. Yoga comes more sophisticated and may strain you physically if practised too hard in the beginning..

Biking is also a good alternative to walking, again if performed within an unpolluted environment.. Swimming is an interesting soft training, even better in sea water than in chlorated swimming pools..

When going to the gym for a cardio or muscle-building program, keep in mind to never force in time or effort, avoid going ahead of your own resistance (despite what some coach may advise you), because in the end your bone system may suffer with long-term recuperation needed..

But definitely the ultimate positive physical effort is when you derive satisfaction from it, like doing light gardening (or even heavy, provided that you heated your muscles properly beforehand).

These are only a few examples of safe practice, to enjoy the best without having to endure the rest :)
