                 PERSONAL FACTS

Fruits have always been Stephane’s second nature.. Already as a child he started with gardening at his parent’s community dwell, and later in his teenage he started growing pineapple crowns on the balcony.. After college, his first job took him into natural products in a health-food chain store. This led him to start practising a raw-food diet, and for this he attended a training program at the Soisy-Bouy castle in France. Later on he took a trip around Scotland to discover wild spaces and attended a course at Findhorn Foundation where he got aware of the intelligence of Nature. Then he spent a year in Australia where he met the founder of permaculture Bill Mollison in New South Wales, and later on he

settled in Queensland at Crystal Waters eco-village and also visited a few projects in the desert. Thereafter he moved to Fiji islands to learn more on tropical fruit growing, and got immersed into the native islanders’ traditions, like the Kava ceremony. Back to Asia, he studied traditional therapy at the Shivaga Komarpaj hospital in Thailand, where he actually got cured from malaria with herbal traditional medicine.

Once back in Europe, he studied the basics of honey production at the apiculture school in Geneva. Then there was a need to know more on plant healing and detection methods. In recent years he went to Canary islands for prospection, where he discovered interesting projects like the Gardens of Orotava as well as Gorona del viento on El Hierro. He now searches through islands to find the perfect location for his eco-project.
