Let’s conclude this chapter with a few tips on individual protection from surrounding influences. Avoiding junk food, excess alcohol and other harmful habits is something you already know, no need to go through these here.. However you may be taking chemical drugs for medical reasons, which can have long-term effects beyond your control, and it’s always useful to read the notice before. Also be careful of common-use liquids like foam, shampoo, cleaning product, washing powder etc. which may pollute or disturb your vital sphere as well.

Then we may futher consider all forms of passive stress from noise and waves  like antennas, wi-fi hubs, wireless devices which all add invisible tension that can affect the brain, animals, plants, even the food stored nearby.. It’s good also to protect your eyes from extended screen sessions, regular breaks can help against this.

The specific configuration of where you live, light, shapes and orientations can also affect your well-being and sleep, as described in our ‘detection’ page.  Arranging your bedroom to have the best possible sleep remains crucial for recuperation.. Remember that your mind cleans up and your body repairs itself during sleep, which remains the best medicine with immediate access, if you observe animals whenever they are ill or wounded, they spontaneously lay and sleep until they feel better..

Also remember to protect your sight with careful use of screens and phones, if staring whole days at a computer then consider buying amber colour  glasses to compensate the white-blue cast of screen diffusion.
